All orders are sent by email on the registered email ID of the customer. Orders are dispatched within 4-5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Loften India Pvt Ltd is not liable for any delay in delivery due to system issues from the card issuer company/bank.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Loften India Pvt Ltd believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been process for shipping. Loften India Pvt Ltd does not accept cancellation requests for GIFT CARDS. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that there is some technical issue in the Cards delivered.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product without using it. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Replacement and refund Policy:

If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 7-10 days of purchase in unused condition for replacement or full refund whichever you prefer. Retain all documents and keep the product as possible as you can in its original condition, send them all back to our registered email. We will inspect the return merchandise right after we receive it, and timely inform you the status of how we are handling this issue.
It is fast and convenience with only four easy steps: Email us and tell us the basic information of your order, including date of your purchase, product you bought and amount you paid. Tell us what you want us to help, return or replace etc. If the returned product has any technical defect, please send us the return request within 24 hours when you have received the email delivery. Our service staff will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the return details. This will include how to return and other details of return/replacement, after our approval for return, please send the email within 48 hours. Retain all documents and keep the Product as possible as you can in its unused original condition, send them all back to Loften India Pvt Ltd. Loften India Pvt Ltd quality control staff will inspect the return items when we receive it. The refund will be issued after the returned item is received, inspected and deemed acceptable for restocking by our Quality Control department. Refund or replacement can be arranged within 7 working days upon items' arrival at Loften India Pvt Ltd.
